Fraud Insights Manager

Digital Banking's vision is to be a pioneer in digital relationship banking recognised as the best in Europe in the way digital technologies are used to service our customers across Channels - Desktop & Mobile Banking.
We also intend to ensure we maintain strong customer advocacy and create customer recommendations through the delivery of our products and services, whilst removing all unnecessary cost from the organisation.
The Digital Fraud Prevention team is responsible for working with Group Risk, Group Operations and Group IT to ensure that Digital services across Internet Banking and Mobile are secure and Digital customers are effectively protected from fraud. This involves constant evaluation of fraud controls that are in place as well as analysing emerging threats to ensure that customers are protected.
The fraud insight manager will need to enforce the Digital vision and contribute in the team throughout the development and delivery of the Digital Fraud strategy. The role will play a key part in aligning to the team's strategy of extracting full value from the data available, both internal and third party data. They will be responsible for data analysis across multiple channels in order to gain insight that will influence the roadmap and control environment.
We'll need you to have experience within a similar previously and have very strong Data analytics experience.
