The Role

This is a brand new and exciting role within our IT team. As our new BI Analyst you will manage multiple projects ensuring that your colleagues have the information they need from our systems. This could be anything from management information, compliance data or retail trend data. No two days are the same and this is a great opportunity to increase your analytical skills within the retail and healthcare sectors simultaneously.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Design and create BI and MI solutions to analytical problems for the organisation
  • Mine company data through software, competitor data and industry trends to help develop a picture of where the company stands in the industry
  • Play an active role in running complex reports from existing databases
  • Build data models from scratch ranging in complexity
  • Provide a vertical bridge through the business to communicate information of high value to support decision making demands
About you:

It’s an exciting time to join Sue Ryder and to hit the ground running you will have the skills to operate Microsoft software solutions on top of, Microsoft Dynamics Online and Azure cloud hosting. You’ll ideally have experience of SSAS Tabula modules and Power BI alongside a keen eye for visualisation to develop reports and dashboards Experience of working in a matrix organisation is desirable.
