We are currently looking for a Deputy Centre Leader for a private healthcare organisation in the UK. The position will be based in Oxford permanently.

- Support the Centre Leader in growing the business
- Work with Centre Leader to identify service gaps and areas of opportunity for future service provision and support the development
- Support events for key stakeholders to promote services
- Help Centre Leader to develop and maintain relationships with partner hospitals and work with them to maximise opportunities
- Assist in the execution of month end processes and audits
- Monitor KPI's and identify efficiency and/or effectiveness improvements
- Assist with projects or improvement opportunities e.g. Lean Implementation
- Support and encourage current referrers through active relationship management, service and engagement initiatives

- Work proactively to engage and work with other employees, Centre's and departments, including Governance, Marketing, Human Resources and Finance to maximise knowledge and improve Centre performance - Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders
- Proactively work to stay at the forefront with you own Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in accordance with NMC and HPC professional standards

- Work closely with Centre Leader to create the annual centre plan and assist the execution of its delivery.
- Assist with the implementation of a marketing/engagement plan for the centre
- Raise the profile of the centre by identifying, liaising with, and supporting local charities and cancer organisations
- Lead on creating and monitoring third-party contracts and providers, ensuring value for money is provided from all contracts and SLAs as well as ensuring consistent performance monitoring of agreed standards.
