They’re looking for an experienced Senior Pensions Administrator to join their team.

They always put their members at the heart of everything. As a Senior Pensions Administrator you will ensure members needs are met by dealing with their enquiries in an efficient and friendly way. You will take responsibility for ensuring Service Level Agreements are met by managing your own work and providing support to your team. Give guidance to the Pension Administrators, where needed, to ensure responses to members are timely, accurate and jargon free. With a high level of technical expertise you will handle complex cases and regularly review the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and controls.

Their ideal candidate will have a Retirement Provisions Certificate, a Diploma or Certificate in Pensions Administration. Experience of working in a similar Defined Benefit pensions role and a knowledge of the relevant statutory frameworks is essential. They are welcoming applications from customer focused individuals with excellent written and verbal communication skills, proven attention to detail. They are also looking for great organisational and time management skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
