Senior Creative Account Manager
Our client is a vibrant brand orientated design consultancy based within the heart of the fashionable lace market district of Nottingham. The agency's client list consists of prestigious FMCG brands and the account handling, creative and studio teams predominantly work on developing packaging concepts, through to timely delivery to these clients.
They have a great opportunity for Senior Creative Account Manager to join their busy team. The successful candidate will manage creative and branding projects, which exceed client expectations, on time and on budget.
Be the main point of contact for agreed list of clients and actively build relationships with them.
Work with the team on re-brands offering strategic branding support across a wide range of categories.
Understand and control the client design strategy and ensure that this is managed effectively.
Support and advise colleagues, and help with training of newer or less experienced team members.
Answer client queries, deal with issues and manage client expectations.
Ensure client and business needs / deadlines are met, timely and professionally.
Project manage creative projects from brief to production but with active participation (as required) through to launch.
Drive and participate in key milestone meetings internally and externally.
Receive briefs from Clients, gathering all info to ensure the best brief can be provided to internal teams.
Advise Account Director of upcoming projects to aid resource management.
Produce market audits as required.
Create full written briefs to inspire creative team.
Provide quotes as required, timely to receipt of brief.
Be fully prepared for all meetings, ensuring all presentation materials are of a first class standard.
Present creative work to clients in a manner that engages and excites them.
Engage with Photography team to ensure shoots run smoothly and efficiently.
Monitor status and FTP deadline of jobs and report on them as required.
Report delays and issues on jobs to Production Team Leader and Account Director.
Pro-actively chase new opportunities and projects that have yet to be briefed through speculative research documents and design proposals (where appropriate)
Pro-actively seek to improve knowledge of client’s business to gain competitive advantage.
Participate in regular store visits to review designs on shelf and keep abreast of market changes.
Invoicing for projects.
Must have branding and strategic experience.

Creative thinker - ability to craft a brief from information provided.
Ability to coach/ mentor Account Executives where required.
