The Role: The Sales Manager will be responsible for a team of 5 sales executives selling to the retail and hospitality markets. Dealing directly with business owners and Financial Directors, the sales team will inherit warm leads and take deals through to close. This will be somewhat of a hybrid role, spending 75% of your time managing and 25% generating new business sales. Working from a tech hub in West London, the Sales Manager needs to be a driven self-starter with the desire to work in a fast-paced environment and busy atmosphere. This is an excellent opportunity to grow the sales team and eventually evolve the role into a pure management position.

As a Sales Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a sales team of 5
  • Mentoring, coaching and sales team development
  • Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Dealing with strategic partners and affiliates

For this position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • 2 years of business to business sales experience
  • Either previous management experience or a strong desire to transition from sales to management
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced environment
