We have the pleasure of of working with a leading top law firm, which is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its team at its Manchester City Centre office.

The benefits

The role

A Commercial Property Solicitor is sought after to join my client which is an exceptional practice and has locations spread all over the UK. This opportunity will involve working within the company’s niche, bespoke health property team which is part of the wider health business group.

As a Manchester-based Commercial Property Solicitor you will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters to include: -

  • Disposals and acquisitions
  • Deed of Easements, Licences, Tenancy at Will
  • Negotiation of leases and associated landlord and tenant matters
  • Title investigation and reporting
  • Completing SDLT forms
  • Developing existing client relationships

The candidate
