I have the pleasure of working with a Top 45 UK law firm in Manchester who are looking to employ an EL/PL paralegal to join their highly successful casualty department.

About the role?
The role involves assisting a Partner’s varied caseload of EL/PL matters. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from a partner and really develop in this area of law. The opportunity will involve reviewing liability, medical reports and medical records, interviewing clients and witnesses, attending hearings and trials, drafting court documents, negotiating quantum and so on.
You will have at least 12 months EL/PL experience from a claimant or defendant background. You will be confident in liaising and advising high profile clients. You will also have formidable team work skills and are eager to progress in this area of law.
You will also work towards realistic and genuine targets whilst achieving your own personal goals.
