We're looking for a CCAB qualified accountant who is passionate about the charity sector to deliver robust financial management within the Operations directorate at the Royal British Legion.
The Operations directorate strives to deliver the best possible support for the Legion's beneficiaries, through information, advice and support, providing care home services for independent living, offering breaks and recovery services for those who are most in need, and distributing grants to other organisations who operate services in support of the Armed Forces community.
You'll be an effective communicator with the ability to build strong relationships, and have a strong focus on customer service, planning and problem solving. You will have a strong track record of providing high quality reporting and analysis that supports effective decision-making, and be experienced in budgeting, forecasting and offering commercial support.
The successful candidate will be a key member of the Financial Planning & Analysis team, managing two CCAB qualified Business Partners and ensuring that they are motivated, set clear objectives, and provided with training and support.
