In this role you would be working with their complex (but teachable and very clever) client energy management system. In a nutshell you will be co-ordinating with their customers, daily, to help those customers maximise their business efficiencies and therefore profit. That is what their system does and in the right hands, ideally yours, it can be a powerful and profitable tool for their customers to utilise.

What would you do?

- Work with the client's Settlements, Billing and other internal process teams to identify data anomalies across the energy data spectrum.
- Utilise their platform and tools to help clients rectify settlement imbalances, billing inaccuracies and various
non-compliance issues.
- Manage settlements activity between the necessary participants both internal and external teams.
- Manage data requirements to ensure contract success and company tools are utilising all the required client data.
- Liaise with operational teams to understand BAU practices and root cause to internal inefficiencies.
- Deliver custom reports driving operational team's activity across the business that ensure greater productivity and improved success.
- Delivery client MI detailing portfolio performance including KPIs
- Provide client training on their platform and associated applications, helping operational teams to understand their value proposition and unique data management approach.
- Liaise with the Development team to facilitate client customisation requests for enhanced software functionality.
- Provide first line customer feedback to the product development and management teams as part of continuous improvement processes and innovation activities.
