Our client is a privately-owned award winning technology and software solutions business with a market leading brand and broad customer base. Having grown revenues to over £10m in under 5 years they have further expansion plans and are looking for a commercial managing director to take them to the next level.

The Role

  • Reporting to and working closely alongside the owner you will design and deliver a commercial growth strategy for the business with full P&L responsibility.
  • Will develop, lead and grow the sales, marketing, customer service & account management teams targeting growth across new and existing channels/ customers.
  • Will manage strategic partnerships and customer relationships to drive profitable revenues across all channels

The Person

  • Of graduate calibre, you will have an impressive track record growing sales in a similar sized organisation with relevant category/ product expertise.
  • Ideally have experience of designing and delivering both a consumer and b2b offering with a good mix of SME and blue-chip customer experience.
  • A hands-on highly analytical business leader who enjoys leading from the front and representing the business.
