IT Support Assistant
This is an opportunity to join an independent B2B managed print provider and supplier of printing, faxing and photocopying machines offering Ricoh, Canon, Lexmark and Develop devices along with a wide choice of document management solutions and other complementary electronic office products. They operate throughout the UK supplying all industry types that require the products and services they provide.
The successful applicant will be assisting customers with their IT support requirements relating to the products that they supply. This includes printing, scanning, document management software and managed print services. A good understanding of Windows networks and email systems is vital for this job role. Some experience supporting Mac OS would also be useful.
Other responsibilities include providing support for the internal company systems. These include, but are not limited to, client PCs, servers, telephone system, mobile phones and our showroom. You will also be required as back up to answer the phone and log service calls for the service department.
- Minimum 1-2 years IT support experience
- Good understanding of network structures and sub nets
