The Senior Business Development Manager will be more than willing to roll up their sleeves in order to deliver growth and, at the same time, be responsible for setting business development strategy in line with company objectives.

Detailed Job Description

The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for proactively driving new business and strategic account growth in the UK. The successful candidate will utilise their technical problem-solving ability, and track record in solution-sales to identify opportunities and build strategic relationships with corporate clients.

Working from inception to completion, the Senior Business Development Manager will self-generate leads, attend relevant networking events and be hands on in order to provide a solution for new clients. From the initial call through to presentation, the Senior Business Development Manager will work closely with key decision-makers, negotiating and presenting at C-Level.

Working closely with Senior Management, the Senior Business Development Manager will also develop key sales operations processes.

This role is field-based with a requirement to be at the Somerset Head Office on a weekly basis.
