Our client is a worldwide, marketing leading Medical Device organisation, who have a unique opportunity to join their team in the Neuromodulation arena. The role will be working as a Territory Manager across the North of the UK, incorporating Walton, Sheffield, Salford, Preston, Coventry, Birmingham, Nottingham, Glasgow. Our client is looking for good problem solvers and self-motivated individuals who have the desire to become a "Trusted Advisor" within the company.

Proven success in sales; likely to have 4-5 years' sales experience, ideally gained within implantable medical devices, within O.R environment.
Dynamic, energetic, highly motivated, committed.
Develops and maintains rapport with customers; strong relationship building & communication skills.
Patient & able to adapt communication style appropriate to patient and medical staff.
Dedicated to helping the patient & flexible in approach to work when unexpected events occur or procedures take longer than anticipated.
Flexible team player; contributes to team success & willing to support colleagues with work in their territories when necessary to achieve overall goals.
Ability to travel: role likely to involve approx. 1 night away per week. Initial training will involve several weeks away from home.

Develop further as professional Sales Rep by acquiring working knowledge and selling techniques.
Able to tackle a variety of issues, general knowledge in Medical Device industry and competitors.
Visit customers and potential customers on a regular and planned basis to promote products and services to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets, as agreed with the Manager.
Manage existing and acquire new customers in the assigned territory under general supervision of the Manager.
With limited instructions of Manager, plan and develop the market for our client's existing and new products according with divisional goals and objectives, through execution, while optimise available tools.
Provide ongoing technical training and support to customers/patients directly.
Cultivate wide range of business relationships with hospital management, purchasing department and hospital staff.
Attend meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required to promote the company's products and services.
