This award-winning, agency has a fantastic reputation and is known for their creative excellence and outstanding approach to charity and Not for Profit clients. They are now looking to recruit a savvy and ambitious Senior Account Manager.
We're looking for people with excellent Direct Marketing experience to help lead with existing client work, and drive powerful Charity Fundraising efforts.
As Senior Account Manager you'll join an existing team which focuses on Direct Marketing and Direct Response campaigns - with a strong fundraising aspect - for leading and well-known charity clients. You'll also be exposed to the strategy for the accounts, and ensure that high standards of creativity are maintained as well as forecasted budgets being met and/or exceeded.
At the Senior Account Manager level you must have some recent and proven Direct Marketing experience. And you must, as Senior Account Manager have a genuine interest (ideally passion) for Charity and Fundraising efforts.
The role would suit a Senior Account Manager who has proven success with building excellent client relationships and loves to deliver on project work, as well as creatively driven work.
But we would also consider a solid AM, who is looking for that jump up to SAM - providing they have the proven DM skills.
In the role you could find yourself working on Direct Mail packs, DRTV / Press Ads, Inserts, Digital and more.
Further, any Client-side Charity people can also be considered, providing they have solid Fundraising experience, Direct Marketing experience and can manage a fast pace.
Senior Account Manager requirements:
- A strong interest in Charity and/or Charity and Fundraising experience
- Some recent Direct Marketing experience - c. 3+ years in Agency land
- Solid Direct Marketing skills
- DM, Press, Print Ads, Direct Response work...
- Solid financial management and budget experience
- Work with a great deal of autonomy
- Superb client relationship skills
The Senior Account Manager must also be focused, with drive and enthusiasm, but also be fun and outgoing to fit in with the agency culture.
