We are currently looking to strengthen our Sponsor Contracts team in the UK and are seeking a Sponsor Contracts Analyst to join our Sponsor Contracts group to be based in Camberley office.

A brief summary of duties you will be involved in as a Sponsor Contracts Analyst:

- Negotiates, evaluates and prepares contracts, budgets and related documents for participation in clinical trials with Customers, requiring analysis, change order process management, time management and attention to detail skills
- Performs financial evaluation of budget and determines associated risk
- Involvement in revenue recognition through budget tool/system compliance
- High level of communication with Contracts staff and internal and external Customers including senior management
- Maintains contract templates, study specific files and databases and provides on the job training to the project teams.

Qualifications To succeed in this role you will need the following skills/experience:

- BA or BS, preferably in Business or Life Sciences or equivalent experience, with some experience in change order contract management
- Strong Excel experience, particularly manipulating formulaes and data
- Strong attention to details
- Excellent time management skills to manage multiple change orders at one given time.
