Hays are working with a leading housing association based in the West Midlands to recruit a Communications Manager for a 12 month fixed term contract.
Your new role
As Communications Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of communications specialists. You will be required to lead on the development of marketing materials as well as the digital communications, ensuring that the social media and website meet the business requirements. As Comms Manager you will lead on the delivery of internal communications to ensure that all colleagues are aware and engaged on all business activities and updates.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this opportunity, you will be a skilled project manager with experience in a similar role where you will have lead a high performing team. It is essential to be well experienced in copywriting and the use of a content management system.
What you'll get in return
The successful candidate will be offered a salary between £38,000-£36,000 on a fixed term contract, initially for a period of 12 months.
