Internal Communication Executive
We’ve got a unique opportunity to join a global internal comms team, helping the firm to deliver innovative and influential communications and engagement strategies. The firm has a well-established and progressive Internal Comms programme in place, and we’re looking for an individual that is going to think of new and exciting ways to build on this and take it to the next level.
Joining an award-winning communications team, this role will take on an advisory and best practice capacity to senior leadership as well as drafting and editing day-to-day communications. This role will form a key part of an interconnected global structure, connecting the dots across the firm’s global offices to ensure consistency in messaging and content across the network through a variety of channels.
The role will have a varied workload, leading on both BAU Comms and various change projects such as new office openings, equally being the go to person reactively for any internal communications needs. As the firms internal ambassador for communications you’ll be a natural relationship builder able to gain buy in from fee-earners and all areas of business support into the firm’s brand and strategy, alongside the overall importance of communications both internally and externally.
The role is unique in the sense that it is stepping into an established and highly regarded internal comms team presenting a superb network to learn and develop within. Successful candidates will have a track record in delivering exciting and engaging content through a range of channels, with an understanding of the nuances of working within a partnership or law firm.
