Strategic Marketing Manager
This corporate bank is part of a global powerhouse in financial services with a reputation for excellence and an impressive heritage. They have an outstanding employer reputation and offices around the world. As part of a marketing transformation in their corporate bank this is a new position based in their Reading office, though regular time in London will be required.
In this position you will define the go-to-market plans across a number of their key banking markets. Using a research led approach you will be developing core messages and initiating creative campaigns for multiple banking stakeholders. The position requires a strategic marketing thinker that understands how to build a client-centric marketing approach to drive retention and acquisition. As the champion of this customer centric marketing you will also be able to ensure various marketing programmes are aligned with consistent ROI measured with core metrics and commercial KPIs.
To succeed in this exciting position you’ll need to demonstrate excellent stakeholder management with a natural ability to educate and influence. Strong collaboration with the broader marketing team is required as well as key internal and external C-level stakeholders. You must be commercially minded with a strong background in marketing strategy within another B2B client led banking or related professional services environment.
