Digital Account Manager

Our client is a vibrant marketing agency with a stellar list of clients and a bright, energetic and talented team. They are looking for a Digital Account Manager to work on a premium automotive dealer marketing account with a digital focus for the UK dealer network.

You will work within the automotive dealer Marketing Service team to organise and coordinate project delivery and manage the client relationships, you will be implementing marketing activities for a number of dealers across the UK, maintaining and enhancing the brand image and ensuring the network comply with brand guidelines.

As well as traditional dealer marketing you will focus on digital work that will involve you being the key client contact for the team and will include management of dealer websites. You will be responsible for updating content for new model announcements, create new landing pages to showcase various Aftersales service etc. You will also manage the client's intranet and review content to ensure it is up to date and being structured in best possible way.

Key responsibilities:

  • Take responsibility and ownership of the digital applications that they run on behalf of the manufacturer
  • Manage the client relationship
  • Managing and implementing dealer requests including bespoke campaigns
  • Managing this content based on prescribed guidelines
  • Implement national campaigns

The Successful Candidate will:

  • Have experience in an agency account handling role with an automotive account or experience of working directly for an automotive manufacturer
  • Be educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Have good written skills and has a friendly professional telephone manner.
  • Be highly organised and able to work effectively under pressure
