B2B Marketing Manager
A B2B Marketing Manager / SMB Acquisition Manager / Trade Marketing Manager is needed for a four year old eCommerce Marketplace that grew 10x last year and will do the same in 2018. They've grown with very little marketing spend, but are about to leverage significant high profile blue chip partnerships and ATL campaigns to drive awareness and rapid customer growth.
The B2B Marketing Manager / SMB Acquisition Manager / Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing all B2B marketing campaigns, targeting small and micro sized (including sole trader) customers across all online and offline channels. You'll identify the best channel to engage the target customer segment and execute through domain expert teams like PPC, Display, etc. the role involves setting strategy and hand's on execution.
The B2B Marketing Manager / SMB Acquisition Manager / Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
-Set strategy and execute for all SMB / SME acquisition marketing activities
-Work with data team to segment and target customer groups, identify best channel, design campaign and message, execute and analyse performance/ROI
-Work with the Sales team to understand priorities and meet company objectives
-Work with Digital team to deploy trade acquisition campaigns across paid marketing channels
-Work closely with communication team to deploy trade communication email and print campaigns
-Suggest ideas for all marketing material throughout the sales process
-Ensuring the sales teams have what they need from a marketing and design perspective
The B2B Marketing Manager / SMB Acquisition Manager / Trade Marketing Manager will have:
-Strong experience planning and executing campaigns that target SME / SMB customers, across all online and offline channels
-Strong Marketing experience from any B2B sector, such as proptech, marketplaces, classified, technology, payments, IT Services, finance, eCommerce, entertainment, media, travel, retail etc.
-Both on and offline marketing experience
-Strong digital marketing, social media, and HTML capability working in an online focused organisation.
Strong numerical and analytical skills, comfort with data and experience measuring effectiveness and ROI.
