Workpond is currently supporting the scale-up of a technology organisation based in the South East of England. This scale has created the immediate need for a Sales Director. We seek either a Senior Sales Manager ready for their first Director appointment or a Sales Director with a hands on approach. Required experience is a combination of B2B and B2C, call centre management and field sales. We ask for candidates with a strong record of team development; your peers will know you as supportive, approachable, an example setter. The salary package is well researched and therefore competitive.

The Purpose

  • Ultimate responsibility for sales within the organisation; strong in forecast, budget management, pricing and profit
  • Key contributor to the growth strategy and play a key role in strategy delivery
