Senior Marketing Executive Responsibilities

Customer acquisition

  • Plan and implement integrated marketing activities to increase awareness and understanding
  • Maximise data capture opportunities to enable targeted follow up campaigns
  • Produce and deliver targeted and integrated marketing campaigns to convert eligible audiences into customers
  • Management of agencies to deliver online and offline marketing collateral
  • Increase efficiency of existing acquisition programme through measuring success and trialling new techniques where appropriate

Content Marketing

  • Assist in development and implementation of content marketing strategies, developing actionable plans to increase awareness
  • Develop original content in a variety of formats to support understanding of the Scheme
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand style and tone of voice and is optimised for search
  • Management of suppliers and third parties supporting in production of content
  • Create and maintain robust content calendar to feed variety of channels and activities (website, social media, e newsletters, offline communications)
  • Use analytics to inform future content production and distribution

Customer communications

  • Contribute to maintaining excellent customer satisfaction levels through high quality Scheme information materials, encouraging customer renewal and advocacy
  • Improve and consolidate the customer experience across a variety of channels
  • Deliver creative customer communications (on and offline) that are compelling and clear and adheres to brand style and tone of voice
  • Liaising with Scheme partners, internal colleagues and stakeholders to produce relevant and engaging customer content across a variety of channels with a view to reducing routine call drivers
  • Produce adhoc customer communications in response to policy/Scheme changes

Customer champion

  • Marketing team liaison point for customer communication changes and updates
  • Key contact for communications via customer services teams in responding to customer and prospect queries
