We are currently recruiting for a market leading Pharmaceutical organisation with an exciting new opportunity working as a Hospital Account Specialist within the Pain Management arena. This exciting role will be working across the East of England, incorporating Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire.
In this role, you will have responsibility to drive sales of key products in the Specialty Product division by taking ownership of your territory and accounts and make key business decisions to meet or exceed sales objectives.

Essential Requirements:
In depth knowledge of the hospital formulary process and able to effectively navigate with in a hospital setting.
ABPI qualification and a thorough understanding of the provisions of the ABPI Code of Practice.
Degree in health or business-related subject or equivalent qualification or management qualification.
Highly competent in the use of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, smart-sheet and CRM systems.
A proven track record in commercialising products.
Ability to take an account management approach to managing territory business.
Ability to manage the demands of a portfolio of products.
Results and outcomes driven.
Strong levels of resilience.
A current driving licence with no more than 6 points.

Role Responsibilities:
Develop, nurture and maintain professional relationships with targeted KOLs including Physicians, Medical Staff and Key Hospital Personnel, support local influencers to implement a robust process for local adoption.
Navigate the hospital formulary process to develop and implement strategies to ensure successful product positioning on the hospital formulary.
Develop, nurture and maintain a dynamic territory business plan by analysing the business, competitive landscape and territory market to drive business.
Continue to develop new accounts and business opportunities and manage contingency proactively.
Maintain an exceptional level of proficiency in selling skills, clinical, market and new and existing product knowledge and the business environment of the region.
Co-ordinate the local hospital training needs required for the successful adoption of relevant products e.g. Nurse peer-to-peer.
Demand planning and forecasting for all promoted products.
Keep up to date and accurate records in the company CRM system in line with company SOPs.
Ability to demonstrate successful Pharma sales experience working across a broad range of customers within a Local Health Economy, whilst driving and achieving sales performance against targets.
