Evolve Selection are currently recruiting for an exciting new opportunity with a dynamic and supportive healthcare organisation. Our client has an extensive product range within the Woundcare market. This exciting role will be working as a Clinical Support Specialist across the South East including South London, the South Coast, Hampshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire region. The successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of specialist and technical product support, information, education and sales based activities to customer accounts, in order to increase and maximise the product order volumes and turnover of the company.

Essential Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of the UK Woundcare market and its key players and products is essential, although candidates may be considered without direct Woundcare experience.
Knowledge of Woundcare management pathways.
A comprehensive clinical knowledge of diseases such as Woundcare, as well as an ability to understand, interpret and apply clinical information.
Proven track record of providing specialist and technical product support, information and education to customer accounts within a defined sales territory including both Primary and Secondary sector organisations.
Knowledge of health economic models in the Woundcare sector.
Previous nursing experience with current PIN is essential.
A current driving licence with no more than 6 points.

Role Responsibilities:
Provision of specialist and technical product support, information, education and sales based activities to customer accounts within a defined sales territory.
Provision of specialist and technical product support, information, education and sales based activities to customer accounts within the Primary and Secondary sector.
Understand the company sales and marketing strategy and its intent, including the identification of all implied and express tasks that relate to the post holder's territory and activity that are contained within the strategy.
Understand the rolling 12 month 'territory plan' including the identification of all implied and express tasks that relate to the post holder, in particular the key objectives, activities, timescales and responsibility.
Delivery of territory sales targets.
Effective and efficient day-to-day management, administration and reporting of activity in line with the work-plan direction agreed with and provided by the National Sales Manager in relation to the relevant territory plan.
Provision of specialist and technical product support, information and education to customer accounts within a defined sales territory including both Primary and Secondary sector organisations.
Effective and efficient administration and preparation for support provision.
Provide direct and timely feedback to the National Sales Manager to support identification of 'sales' opportunities.
Participate in weekly territory planning meetings / calls with the National Sales Manager.
Maintain a full and current knowledge of the company's products and services.
Represent the best interests of the company internally and externally in a professional, supportive and courteous manner.
Other tasks from time to time as directed by the National Sales Manager and / or European Sales Director.
