Our client is a global, market leading Medical Device organisation, who have a unique opportunity to join an already established team in the Negative Pressure therapy area. The role will be working as a Senior Global Product Manager at the company's Head Office in Cheshire. Our client is looking for dynamic and self-motivated individuals who have the desire to develop a long-term career within their business.
The main purpose of this role is to create and lead a process to identify and review market potential and viable business opportunities for the business, in conjunction with global and local Marketing/ Commercial/ Clinical Teams.

Essential Requirements:
Ability to drive the development and execution of product strategy and the linkages to the company strategy.
Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix environment which includes interactions with multiple stakeholder groups as well as ability to develop a team culture that leads to ongoing excellence and achievement of goals.
Proven ability to manage extensive communications at all levels effectively and in the organisation to keep key stakeholders appropriately engaged and informed to drive success of a project.
Proven ability to manage and lead multi-functional teams to drive success of a project.
A proven track record in commercialising products.
Ability to manage the demands of a portfolio of products.
A current driving licence with no more than 6 points.

Role Responsibilities:
Develop and lead the incorporation of data and information insight including health economics to inform and guide global market strategy and planning.
Develop a robust process for development of market-leading value propositions including development of commercial insights to inform organisational planning and marketing strategy.
Refine, develop and implement value added solution strategies to underpin the portfolio.
Assists with and is responsible for securing accurate and pertinent information required for market planning process, including market forecasts.
Establish and maintain a deep understanding of the global acute wound market and establish productive relationships with Key Surgeons and KOLs in collaboration with local marketers.
Develop and implement a global strategy for the brands that delivers growth and achieves the company's financial goals.
Develop, communicate and execute annual marketing, evidence/publication and operational expense plans for the brands.
Actively participate on cross functional Core Teams serving as a strong advocate on behalf of marketing and financial goals for the brand and ensuring on-time product launches.
Establishes, maintains and manages effective interaction and relationships with outside agencies and vendors.
