We have been instructed to recruit for a global and market leading Medical Device company who have a range of products within the Woundcare arena. If you are looking to work in an innovative and tenacious environment as a Senior Marketing Manager, then this position may be for you.
The main purpose of this position is to identify and review market potential and viable business opportunities for the business, in conjunction with global and local Marketing, Commercial and Clinical teams, to support the strong pipeline of innovation for current and new lines.

Essential Requirements:
Minimum of four years' experience within a marketing role, ideally with medical device experience.
Woundcare experience would be advantageous, but not essential.
Graduate Caliber with Marketing qualification or similar.
Experience in facilitating and analysing data from focus groups or consumer groups.
Strong experience of delivering projects to tight deadlines.
Experience in contributing to national business strategy and contribution to development of Business Unit strategy for the product portfolio.
Experience in working across functions and collaborating with sales, finance, operations etc.
Experience of the selling process in the Medical Device industry.
Experience of implementation of new product launches.
Good knowledge of core marketing principles and practices including brand development and positioning, integration of marketing messages with clinical data.

Role Responsibilities:
Support the translation the UKI operational plan into an effective, realistic, well communicated and achievable implementation plan.
Support the incorporation of data and information insight including health economics to inform and guide global market strategy and planning.
Ensure effective monitoring, analysis and communication of competitor activity and define the company's response.
Anticipate changes in the country's marketplace and provide responses to enhance competitive advantage for all products and services.
Provide regular updates of progress through analysis and reporting of marketing metrics.
Effective communication and build strong rapport with country marketing and field force.
Develop a strong understanding of the Design Control and Gateway Launch Excellence processes utilised within the company's product development process.
Ensure thorough and clear communication of annual marketing plan to all levels within the function.
Ensure effective co-ordination and delivery of critical business objectives from the cross functional indications project teams.
Develop and maintain advocacy with Key Opinion Leaders and key customers, as defined through project teams and regional business plan.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with Global Marketing departments, ensuring effective budget leveraging and localisation of regional / global marketing support programme.
Support, co-ordinate and maximise opportunity from all new product launches and line extensions.
Ensure all marketing support is delivered with efficiency, economically and with consistency by working within global campaign guidelines and using local and global resources to maximum advantage.
