They develop products and services that aim to make life easier for people with personal and private medical conditions. Their key areas include ostomy care, urology and continence care, and wound and skin care.

They are looking to recruit a commercially focussed individual who has experience with customers in both the primary and secondary care environments - but predominantly specialist nurses.

About the Role

As a territory manager in the Continence Care Division you will be working closely with your Regional Business Leader, NHS Partnership Manager and nursing team create, manage and succeed in growing your business and client base. You will exceed your selling quotas and targets by engaging with all current accounts and the ones that you develop in your area.

You will manage your entire territory, planning and logging your daily call routine to ensure appropriate coverage of business on your territory. Maximise sales growth by utilising all the appropriate tools whilst winning business with Acute and CCG/Health Boards. From organising and hosting clinical promotional sales meetings to individual customer meetings, your influence over the prescribers, influencers or decision makers in your territory will all contribute to sales targets.

About you

You will develop strong customer relationships built on your understanding of their needs and environment and you will establish your credibility by working in partnership with customers to achieve mutually beneficial goals.

You will build strong business plans and deliver effectively against them. You'll be an effective team player and share knowledge and best practice within the wider team. Previous experience selling to specialist nurses is essential.

Essential Requirements:

To be successful in this role you will need a strong analytical approach, selling skills and account management skills. You need excellent organisation and planning skills as well as the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills. You should be equally comfortable working on your own or as part of a team.
