Evolve Selection are currently recruiting for an exciting new opportunity with a dynamic and supportive Pharmaceutical organisation. Our client has an extensive product range within the Dermatology/Immunology market. This exciting role will be working as Key Account Manager across the South West of England, incorporating Avon, Bristol, Somerset, Devon and Cornwall. This is an opportunity to build and execute business plans to meet sales goals for assigned territory and to develop effective business relationships with customers in the Dermatology therapy area.

Candidate Background:
High cost, low volume drug experience essential; preferably gained within Biologics.
Experience in Pharmaceutical sales within Secondary Care.
Extensive knowledge of NHS - structure, strategy and funding.
Business acumen - effectively prioritise and focus on target centres to maximise business.
Dermatology experience preferred but not essential.
A proven track record in commercialising products.
Ability to take an account management approach to managing territory business.
ABPI qualified.
A current driving licence with no more than 6 points.

Role Responsibilities:
Develops understanding of customer organisations and influence customer decisions.
Develops business/clinical networks supporting Medical advocacy and key opinion leader plans.
Adapts approach and communication style during sales calls responding appropriately to customer needs.
Ensures that the company's products and services are understood and available to more patients and customers.
Deploys and uses Marketing and Sales promotional materials and programmes.
Develops deep specialist product and disease state knowledge in the Dermatology area.
Allocates resources effectively for sampling, programs and events.
Integrates customer-facing activities across cross-functional teams (Medical Affairs, Market Access).
