Job Title: Sales Support / Customer Service

Reporting to: Office Manager

Working for a well-established commercial hygiene company based in Musselburgh, the successful candidate will be required to manage a database of accounts via telephone contact, which includes processing orders, answering customer queries, and various administrative tasks within the sales office. This is an expanding Family owned company with strong core values that prides itself on putting the customer of the heart at what they do. They are looking for the right candidate to join their team and help support their values and vision.

Responsibilities & Job Description:
The responsibilities of the Customer Support/ Account Representative include but are not limited to the below:

- Answering inbound sales calls
- Greeting walk in customers
- Order processing
- Analysing customer data and using information to plan customer calls
- Using created plan to service accounts and place orders via phone
- Contacting existing and new customers
- Proactive telephone account management
- Sending customer invoices via email
- Various administrative tasks as required

£18,000 - £20,000 dependent on experience, plus quarterly bonuses based on revenue generation and performance.
