We serve our customers through three Contact Centres, situated inPeterborough, Sunderland and Wakefield. We're an inbound Contact Centreselling and servicing insurance policies on behalf of well-known high street brands.We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our organisation as aRecruitment Consultant who will be responsible for attracting andretaining high quality Apprentices to join our BGL ApprenticeshipAcademy. You will need to be able to handle high volumes of work, alwaysdelivering exceptional quality with ever changing deadlines.You will be responsible for attracting and recruiting exceptionalapprentices building relationships with local schools and colleges tomaximise the visibility of BGL Customer Service apprenticeopportunities. Also utilising direct sourcing channels including socialmedia and other platforms, Is this you? Have knowledge of apprenticeship recruitment and previous experience in recruiting apprentices Experience working within a fast paced environment, ideally within volume or apprenticeship recruitment. Competent using social media and proactive sourcing methods to attract the best candidates and engaging with potential applicants to build talent pools. The ability to organise and able to balance multiple recruitment campaigns, effectively managing your time to deliver to agreed business objectives. Driven by success, you will identify and evaluate ways to improve our processes and candidate journey for internal and external applicants. Must be prepared to travel to other sites You must be able to demonstrate: A proven track record of delivering volume or apprentice recruitment Exceptional communication skills Drive and passion to source the best people for the roles Competent in MS Office (including Word/Excel) A strong understanding of utilising Social Media to attract and source exceptional people (Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn) Ability to work well under pressure A strong eye for detail Strong planning, prioritising and organisation skills What can we offer you?
