We serve our customers through three Contact Centres, situated inPeterborough, Sunderland and Wakefield. We're an inbound Contact Centreselling and servicing insurance policies on behalf of well-known highstreet brands.We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our organisation as aRecruitment Consultant who will be responsible for attracting andretaining high quality Candidates and Apprentices. You will need to beable to handle high volumes of work, always delivering exceptionalquality with ever changing deadlines.You will be responsible for attracting and recruiting exceptional peoplesupporting building relationships with local schools and colleges tomaximise the visibility of BGL Customer Service career opportunities.Also confident utilising direct sourcing channels including social mediaand other platforms. Is this you? Experience working within a fast paced environment, ideally within volume or apprenticeship recruitment. Competent using social media and proactive sourcing methods to attract the best candidates Engaging with potential applicants to build talent pools. The ability to organise and able to balance multiple recruitment campaigns, effectively managing your time to deliver to agreed business objectives. Driven by success, you will identify and evaluate ways to improve our processes and candidate journey for internal and external applicants. Must be prepared to travel to other sites You must be able to demonstrate: A proven track record of delivering volume recruitment Exceptional communication skills Drive and passion to source the best people for the roles Competent in MS Office (including Word/Excel) A strong understanding of utilising Social Media to attract and source exceptional people (Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn) Ability to work well under pressure A strong eye for detail Strong planning, prioritising and organisation skills What can we offer you?
