Client Details

Fast-growing logistics and transport company are looking for a Finance Assistant - Sales Ledger clerk to join their finance team

Description

* Raising weekly sales invoices

* Liaise with customers and ensure debt is collected in a timely manor

* Process manual key forms and emergency/same day payments

* Print self-bill invoices and send directly to the supplier

* Produce weekly reconciliations

* Monitor and clear emails received

* Make payroll amendments and emergency/same day payments for employees

* Raise purchase orders

* Purchase order control and administration

Profile

Enthusiastic

Willing to learn and progress

Looking for that 'next step'

Good Excel

Previous use of Oracle desirable

Previous experience in Sales Ledger desirable

Previous experience in logistics/transportation desirable
