That's where our brand new Data & Analytics Centre of excellence - and your key role - come in. With a healthy appetite for imaginative thinking and risk taking, we're constantly innovating and inventing new apps. There's always a new business question to ask and a new idea to trial. You'll help to make sure we get the best answers and the strongest results. Making full use of Adobe Analytics, you'll champion the use of web, mobile and app data to better understand our digital propositions. It's about bringing data to life. Everything we do at Sainsbury's is about doing the right thing for our customers. On behalf of stakeholders in areas ranging from online trading through to app and web development, you'll measure the impact of the changes we make. You'll help us to understand how customers travel through apps and sites and how we can enhance their shopping experience. The diverse stakeholders you'll work with have one thing in common - all are highly engaged with the power of your insight to change the game. And that's exactly what you'll help us to do. From day-to-day analysis, to special projects, you'll help the business to assess issues and shape improvements. Along the way, you'll enjoy the full support of your line manager, the Digital Analytics Lead, to make the most of development and training opportunities in both technical and soft skills. To join us, you'll need strong analytical skills and a proven track record of relating data and analytics to real-world business challenges. Ideally, you'll have some experience in a commercial setting. You'll certainly bring to the role good knowledge of Adobe Analytics and, ideally, Google Analytics.
