Elite Associates is looking for a Director for our Retail temps division to manage our team of luxury beauty & fashion Account Managers & Resourcers. As a Director you will act as a Brand Ambassador for Elite Associates in the industry & work to develop the team, engage with our clients & develop the retail temps recruitment business.

As our agency continues to have the strongest year to date with all divisions hitting new all-time billing records we are recruiting across our London & NYC HQs. We are looking for a motivated Divisional Director that wants to join in and benefit from our strength as an agency as we achieve growth year on year.

We are close to one of the busiest periods of the year for Retail Temp recruitment guaranteeing high commissions & a busy desk to hit the ground running. Experience with Retail temps in a luxury environment is necessary or event & hospitality staffing management preferably within a luxury environment.

We also have plans to open smaller hubs all over Europe so that we can continue expanding our network of strong long-lasting relationships.

As a Division Director you will work closely with your team, temp candidates & clients across the UK to fill vacancies within Luxury brands retail locations & push to exceed team targets. This role is offering a basic salary with commission scheme and no limit to what you could earn.

Role Summary:
As Division Director you will be responsible for driving teams to achieve their optimal level of service to our client accounts, ensure targets & KPI's are met by understanding & matching the needs of both clients and candidates whilst providing a high quality, consultative and consistent level of service externally and internally.

Industry knowledge in fashion, beauty & luxury retail, head office functions is necessary. It is essential to continually keep abreast of trends and changes relevant to your market place and area of specialism.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
*Team to meet minimum monthly, quarterly and annual sales target set
*Consistent minimum team sales target achieved every month with good contribution from all team members
*Promote Elite Associates services and brand to clients and candidates as an ambassador for the business across all areas
Business Development:
*Driving the team to achieve all minimum BD KPIs with focus on output i.e. Jobs and visits
*Versatile and confident to present at P.S.L tenders with global clients and small businesses. Confident to sell retained solutions
*Client Management
*Advising and training team members on best practice recruitment and selection following the Elite training manual
*Develop plans to expand the division and discuss with your line manager, including annual sales budget and headcount intake plan
*Overseeing large projects through to completion
*Regular weekly 121s, monthly appraisals and annual reviews.
*Preparing other recruitment material as required for e-shots, brochures, marketing material with the Marketing team
*Developing creative recruitment solutions if the organisation is experiencing difficulties in attracting the appropriate level and quality of staff
*Devising, running and evaluating selection processes including interviews, personality tests, group assessment
*Keep up to date with current employment legislation and ensure line managers are effectively briefed on any relevant changes
*Manage compliance within the business team and work with admin to ensure best practice.
*Produce reports to the Director & Board as requested relating to the performance of division/ business area.
*Designing or revising internal processes to streamline systems and effectiveness
*Innovative solutions provided to clients and internally
