Job Description
Stirling Council is looking to recruit a passionate and motivated graduate intern to work in the Adult Assessment and Partnerships service. The role involves working on the Models of Neighbourhood Care project, a key delivery area of the Clackmannanshire and Stirling Health and Social Care Partnership, which will implement a new multi-disciplinary approach to the assessment, co-ordination and delivery of health and social care to adults in rural southwest Stirling. Key will be working in partnership with the local community Key tasks include working with service users to research their experiences of health and social care using a “story telling” approach, assisting in project evaluation, defining and measuring project benefits and facilitating change management. The post requires sound communication and problem solving skills, and the ability to adaptable and flexible to meet the needs of the project team.
Requirements
