Job Title: Loyalty Executive
Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 per annum + OTE
Job Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 8:30am/9:00am - 5:00/30pm, Monday to Friday
What you’ll be doing…
Responsible for supporting efforts to minimise service decline and stabilise profit margins by retaining customers that are looking to leave
Proactively contacting customers to understand why they want to cancel their business and retain them by explaining the benefits of staying or by negotiating with them to retain their business
Identify and highlighting areas for improvement within the retentions team
High levels of customer service
Problem solving daily, by understanding issues and taking advantage of them to drive best practice and resolve any conflict
Communicate clearly, effectively and concisely with all internal and external customers
- Strong experience in B2B sales & proven Customer Service experience
- A strong understanding of sales processes, marketing programmes and products
- Ability to sell the benefits of the product whilst at the same time using emotional intelligence to persuade and influence a customer’s decision
- Computer literate with good written and verbal communication skills and able to manage their own workloads
- An understanding of leasing agreements, how they are calculated and the benefits of leasing vs. purchase
- Highly organised, strong negotiating skills and naturally persuasive
