You will be assisting in preparing monthly management accounts
maintaining the detailed stock costing model and assisting in the running of the payroll.
The role offers scope to assist in the implementation of new accounting processes.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:-Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts for the organisation.-Calculate monthly accruals and prepayment.-Post month end journals.-Maintenance of detailed stock costing model.-Calculation of costings for sales team.-Completion of balance sheet reconciliations.-Set up and produce monthly production P+L for each site.-Liaise with the production, sales and supply chain team.-Hold monthly cost centre reviews with Department Managers. -Assist in the implementation of a new stock system.-Assist in running weekly and monthly payroll, updating the payroll system from timesheets.-Prepare and submit all HMRC required documents.
