About Us Business Solutions are a vibrant and friendly team within TGI Fridays Support Centre in Luton. Over the last 12 months we have been instrumental in the Business digital transition, including improving quality and reliability of our operations with Cloud solutions. We support the business in planning and implementing robust and reliable systems layered with choice, while looking after the day to day operation and making sure our teams have all the tools required to run at top efficiency. About The Role Manage the Infrastructure Support Analyst setting objectives and ensuring they fulfil their Duties and Responsibilities. Deliver and maintain a highly available and robust infrastructure and network across the organisation, working with a number of critical business partners and suppliers. Look after the security of our systems, keeping the business aligned with PCI and GDPR regulations. Be responsible for managing Security Patching of software applications and hardware directly or via 3rd parties (e.g Firmware updates, Windows Updates) Be responsible for maintaining internal support/installation documentation and up-to-date escalation information. Oversee licencing of our software and hardware solution assuring ongoing support for all equipment and software used by the business. Review, maintain & test Business Solutions Disaster Recovery plan. Ensure hardware configuration builds are documented and regularly maintained. Design system automation and reporting utilising scripting knowledge. About You We are looking for someone who is passionate about everything IT and keeping it secure. You find new technologies exciting and engaging with them stimulating whilst ensuring they are secure from hackers and malware. Ideally you will have previous expirence with PowerShell scripting, Azure and Office 365 environment, WSUS, ITIL, VMware, PCI, GDPR and PECR regulations - provided by Dice AZURE, CLOUD, DISASTER RECOVERY, ITIL, POWERSHELL, WINDOWS, WSUS
