We are looking for an intelligent, confident, highly organised individual with exceptional attention to detail to join a busy Professional Services Organisation in Central Bath on a 3 month temporary contract with a negotiable salary.
The role includes, but is certainly not limited to:
·Reporting to both the Senior Credit Controller and Finance Director on a daily basis
·Collection of high value accounts, KPI Performance, Ledger reviews & compliance
·Liaising with clients via telephone, email and face to face
·Logging and tracking daily Credit Control correspondence and ensuring systems are up to date
·Management of matters with debt recovery and investigation of reallocation of cash
·Issuing reminders and maintaining an organised diary
·Maintenance of credit control module with the company system, 3E
·Ad hoc credit control and administration duties as required
·Provide supervision to junior members of the team when necessary
In order to be considered for this role you will need to have previous Credit Control experience from a professional background, have worked or liaised with senior management on a regular basis, be self-motivated and able to manage your own workload, have experience within an Accounts environment and be able to negotiate and communicate in a clear, professional manger both on the telephone and face to face. You will also have previous experience with a finance package such as 3E, and be IT literate including Office 10.
