  • Typing up legal documents and attendance notes
  • Dealing with enquiries from clients and external professionals.
  • Answering the telephone and taking messages
  • Managing diaries and making appointments for clients
  • Corresponding by email with clients and professionals
  • Audio-typing of letters and file notes
  • Preparing legal documents and briefs to counsel
  • Undertaking general office administration
  • Using a computerised case management system

Profile

  • Strong organisational
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Previous Legal Secretary experience (not essential)
  • Good attention to detail
  • Previous admin experience
