We have partnered with a beautiful brand to assist in the recruitment of a HR Advisor based in Central London. The HR Advisor will be fluent in both spoken and written ENGLISH & ITALIAN and have experience of collaborating with Corporate and Retail functions, HR and management teams to provide support and advice on all HR matters, Sound UK employment law knowledge and strong employee relations experience.
Responsibilities Include:
Acts as a first point of contact after a manager for all grievance issues. Must have the ability to use various methods and influencing skills in order to resolve the matter informally or to identify when a grievance must be heard formally. Has experience of conducting formal grievance investigations and is able to write clear and concise responses accordingly.
Manages all Maternity, Paternity, Adoption and any other family leave.
Has an excellent knowledge of the Company's policy and relevant legislation. Is first point of contact for all related queries, communicates with Payroll and Health & Safety, as well as providing all written communication to employees.
Establishes strong working relationships with the management team and partners closely with them to build trust and credibility, as well as being approachable to all employees.
Leading induction/on-boarding of all new starters, running weekly(/as needed) induction sessions and working with HR colleagues on new strategic induction process.
Provides first line support for advice and coaching to managers, regarding all employee relations queries. Guides the managers in order to resolve the matters informally as well as to help them identify matters that will need to be addressed formally.
Supporting recruitment, participating in recruitment process
Working with wider business to ensure roles are advertised externally to maximise direct recruitment.
Leading induction/on-boarding of all new starters, running weekly(/as needed) induction sessions and working with HR colleagues on new strategic induction process.
