The successful candidate will havestrong commercial acumen and experience of both online and store basedretail operations. A strong leader, able to get the best from their teamand drive the business across varied functions such as Sales,Operations, Customer Services, Purchasing and Site Facilities. TheOperations Manager will identify and act on opportunities, strengths andweaknesses to improve performance and support the company's growthplans. They will be in close communication and a trusted advisor to theManaging Directors.
