The Role - Graduate Teaching Assistant

To be considered for the Graduate Teaching Assistant role you must be a confident and enthusiastic Graduate with a 2:1 or above in the core subjects of English, Maths or Science, you must have the ability to show your genuine passion for education and want to see students excel in their studies. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant you will have a positive approach to learning that motivates and inspires their pupils to achieve their highest potential. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant you will be required to work with students on a 1:1 basis and in small group intervention work.

The Graduate Teaching Assistant position involves setting yourself up for an outstanding career by joining this school's direct teacher training programme in September 2018(dependent on performance throughout the academic year).
