Currentlydeployed across a variety of events from large scale sports tournaments,to music festivals and conferences. They are seeking an experienced,forward thinking, dynamic and energetic Project Account Manager todeliver their product and build strong client relationships. As a memberof a small team the successful applicant will be providing an end to endservice for the client. Job Role - To deliver a software based solutionto Clients who work in the Sport and Event industries. Duties will be -Discuss the project and formulate a solution using AllowMe and ScanMe(full training will be provided) - Provide quotation, negotiate termsand secure the contract. - Configure AllowMe using a combination ofLogical Process, HTML and CSS. - Provide User Training and SupportDocumentation. - Assist with data preparation and import using MSOffice. - Post Event follow-up including reporting using MS Office. -Invoicing, debrief and internal reporting for future events. - Where theservice has an onsite element, you will also be expected to - Attend asite visit and complete a survey. - Compile equipment list and liaisewith warehouse. - Install and configure temporary equipment. - Monitorthe performance of the equipment for the duration of the event. -Provide on site support for users. This is a busy and varied role,managing multiple projects at all times, which requires a hardworkingcandidate, with superb attention to detail, who ideally has strongcustomer or client facing experience, and who prioritises excellentservice. They are looking for a motivated and positive individual with a'can do' attitude and great communication skills. As a Project AccountManager, you must also possess the following skills and experience: -Educated to degree level or equivalent - Solid, technical understanding,ideally with experience in an IT based environment - Experience withNetwork Infrastructure, writing HTML, CSS and Java - 1st classcommunication and organizational skills with a methodical approach toprioritization Applicants will need a valid passport, a clean drivinglicense, their own car and be over 21 to drive rental cars. The standardhours will be 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. The successful applicant willalso be expected to work weekends and evenings as projects require, withboth National & International travel for periods of time. The job isbased in Letchworth on the A1(M) corridor, and mainline train line fromLondon. Easily commutable from Cambridge, Royston, Hertford, Stevenage& London.
