Proportional Maths Lecturer
Permanent, Part Time (up to 18 teaching hours), Term Time only; however other variables of part time working will be considered.
Salary: £17,829 - £36,285 (pro rata)
This is an exciting time to join our team and make a difference as we develop Maths into vocational areas. Teaching GCSE Maths to 16-18s and adult learners at all levels, you’ll help people improve their Maths by undertaking initial and diagnostic assessments and formulating individual learning plans. Providing differentiated learning strategies, you will enable students to achieve their primary learning goals.
Applications are invited from experienced teachers and also from those new to teaching or looking to move into a career in teaching. We will support successful applicants to gain the CET qualification if not already achieved.
Able to work as part of a team in developing teaching styles and resources, you will also have sound administration and organisational skills. Your enthusiasm for pursuing your own personal learning will be matched by an imaginative and empathetic approach to teaching, retaining and inspiring students.
