Customer Service, Telecoms, IT, Support Specialist Customer Support Executive with knowledge of Telecoms products such as PBX, CPS, WAN is needed by our client, a leading telecommunications service provider to be based in Birmingham. They offer the latest bespoke communication technology to drive business growth, from mobile estate, to voice technology, to call logging and conferencing. Taking the complexity out of your communication solutions. We deliver Telecommunications and Managed IT Solutions to over 700 business across the UK. Clients include Harrow School, Savills, VIP, SJ Bargh Ltd, Eurocell, Kellan. The Role Managing orders until completion Logging customer service requests onto the CRM system Liaising with other departments, partners and suppliers Setting up new customer accounts Placing WLR3 orders for customers & orders to relevant suppliers Updating stakeholders on progression and chasing up suppliers (via phone or email) Working closely with their support team Other duties include: quoting, customer management, invoicing, billing & contract admin Essential Skills Previous experience with PBX, CPS, WAN, MPLS, Mobiles, WLR, Handsets, SIP Trunking, Conference Calls, IT Desktop support, inbound services, cloud, CCTV, security, M365 Excellent interpersonal communication skills Analytical mind Capable of working under pressure Experience using Aurora Affinity (desirable) Type: 37.5 hours per week You may be required to cover busy periods and annual leave This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that is currently at forefront of the communications technology market.
