iSource IT are currently engaged with a key client of ours to recruit a Business Relationship Manager on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a good working understanding of ITIL framework as well as operational IT experience. This role will sit centrally within the business and will almost act as the focal point of the IT department, bringing verticals together collaboratively to ensure the continued success of an already flourishing technical function. Overview: The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day to day management of IT services supporting specific business areas. The role requires the holder to be the trusted IT contact for all business as usual requirements in the delivery of the IT service to specific business critical functions. The role will require the definition of clear SLA's with the business functions and management of the IT service measured against the SLA.Any experience within a client facing role would be highly beneficial as this role will sit centrally within the client IT function, meaning that there will be a need to interact with internal as well as external stakeholders and customers. The role will require the holder to be able to forge strong working relationships across the business in an attempt to work collaboratively across the service delivery teams. Key Experience Required: Exposure to service delivery management Experience of Change, Problem and Incident Management Previous experience of defining SLA's Previous Operational IT experience Previous experience of maintaining a 'service catalog' Previous experience of participating in CAB meetings Experience of Capacity Management Experience of providing daily service status reporting Strong stakeholder management About You: In this instance the client is looking for somebody who would consider themselves a real people person, the ability to build and forge long lasting business relationships will be an essential part of this role.
