Sage X3 Support One of Europe's leading suppliers of Sage ERPsolutions is seeking to strengthen their position in the mid to uppermarket by appointing an experienced Sage X3 Support Consultant toprovide high level support and consultancy on Sage X3 to a number ofhigh profile clients. Our client will also consider candidates possessing Team Leader experience. PERSON: Good knowledge and support experience of Sage X3 First class communication skills (verbal & written), with stronganalytical skills and the ability to impart knowledge and information tousers Excellent troubleshooting, problem solving and documentation skills SQL, Excel ROLE: To ensure Sage X3 is performing and configured to customers requirements Involvement in current implementation projects and provide pro-activeconsultancy and advice to clients, developing long lasting relationships. Resolve technical queries and provide first class support to a rangeof X3 clients Team Leader duties would involve customer handovers, work allocation,inter department liaison, support call escalation, Kpis etc Excellent opportunity to join a thriving and expanding organisationbased in North West England.
