Technical Support Engineer An Investment Management firm is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their team in London. This is a hands-on role that will require you to deliver solutions to the Front and Back office functions. As the Technical Support Engineer, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with talented professionals. You will not simply solve incidents but build long-term resolutions accordingly. Key skills: Experience providing support, preferably within a Financial Institution Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite and Active Directory Experience with PowerShell Knowledge of IP Networking Desirable skills: Experience with a dynamic programming language such as Python, Perl or C++ Experience with messaging and collaboration systems such as Exchange, Lync and SharePoint The ideal Technical Support Engineer will be aspirational and have a keen interest in technology. You will be personable and have excellent communication skills - you will need to communicate complex articles to a non-technical audience.
